For the salmon fillet with pan-fried vegetables, cut the onion into rings and sauté with the chili pepper. Cut the remaining vegetables into small pieces and fry them in a pan.

Season with parsley, salt and pepper and season to taste. Wash and dry the salmon fillets (with skin), sprinkle with lemon juice and season with fish seasoning salt (I use the one from Johanna Mayer) and lemon pepper.

Heat a pan with olive oil and sear the fillets on the skin side for about 10 minutes. Serve with potatowedges.
