For the salmon fillets with sesame potatoes and vegetables, mix mustard, ketchup and soy sauce to a creamy sauce. Soak the salmon fillets in it for at least 1 hour.

In the meantime, boil the potatoes, peel and cut into slices about 1 cm thick. Steam the vegetables in some clear soup until soft. If necessary, season with parsley. Heat some oil in 2 frying pans.

First put the potatoes in one of the pans. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Fry. Cook the salmon with the marinade in the second pan.

Arrange the salmon fillets with sesame potatoes and vegetables and serve.
