Instructions:

* Warm the cream with the butter and a dash of anise liqueur * Pour the bread flour with it * Add the egg and stir the whole thing into a dough and season with spices * Stir in the salmon cubes (optionally also other ingredients such as white fish, mushrooms, blanched vegetables) * Form tablespoon-sized dumplings with wet hands * Form a dash of anise liqueur in a saucepan with boiling water and cook the dumplings in it for about 5 minutes.

Tip: Cook only with high-quality spices – they are the be-all and end-all in a good dish!
