In a baking bowl, mix the salt, olive oil, juice of one lemon and pepper to make a dressing. Cut the avocados in half, remove the stone, free them from the skin, cut into cubes and add to the dressing form. Fillet the grapefruit and cut it into pieces. Add the juice and the grapefruit to the avocados in the dressing. Let sit for about 10 minutes. Roast the salmon in a frying pan (this will be exceptionally nice if you got salmon with skin). Arrange the salmon on plates and form grapefruit, avocado with the dressing over it.
