Instructions:

For smoked croissants, knead a dough from flour, butter, curd cheese and salt.

For the filling, cut the smoked meat into small pieces and mix with the other ingredients to form a mass.

Roll out the dough, cut out squares and stuff and shape into croissants.

Brush with egg and bake salted croissants at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes.
