Sandwiches, tea or mineral water (dinner).

Spread wholemeal bread and crispbread (with fiber) thinly with spreadable fat, top with poultry sausage and cold roast, arrange on plates garnished with fresh cucumber, tomato and radish slices, bell pepper strips, cress and chives.

Our tip: Always use fresh chives if possible!
