Heat the soup and put the raisins in it. Heat the preserved solper bones in a saucepan, remove the meat and cut it off. Add the meat and gravy to the soup. Cut the bread into small pieces and simmer as well.

Form small balls from the chopped pork and add them to the clear soup. When the whole is cooked, add the beetroot juice and season the sour soup with caraway seeds, salt and freshly ground pepper.
