Cut ham into small cubes. In a bowl, mix flour with white wine and yolks. Squeeze sauerkraut well, cut a few times and mix in together with ham cubes. Season with caraway seeds and garlic. Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff and fold in. Heat enough oil and cut out small doughnuts with a spoon, put them into the hot oil and fry them until they float. Turn once. Lift out and drain well on paper towels.
