Dress the fresh, shredded cabbage with a marinade of orange and apple cider vinegar, juice of one lemon, balsamic vinegar and hazelnut oil, as well as garlic, onion, salt and pepper, finally stir in coriander greens and chives.

Not only suitable as an appetizer, in a menu a pretty entrée, but of course equally an entire meal.

Drink: Pinot Blanc from the Palatinate.
