Instructions:

Fry the minced pork with the onions, add the chopped sauerkraut with the other ingredients to the minced pork, fill with the beef broth and cook for 20 minutes.

For the garnish, mix the mayonnaise with the whipped cream, parsley and a little garlic powder and garnish the finished soup with it.

Tip: Fresh (wine) sauerkraut is good for freezing.
