For the sausage flower, cut the frankfurters lengthwise. Then cut into them. It is important not to cut too far or they will make a kink when bent and not a nice curve.

Then fix the ends with a toothpick. Then put the sausage flower in a hot pan with oil and fry. Crack the egg into the center.

Some egg white will run out the bottom, but it doesn’t matter. When it has set, it is very easy to just cut it off.

When all the egg white is nicely set, you can lift the sausage flower out of the pan, cut off the excess egg white beforehand and drape it on the plate.

Arrange with parsley greens to make a nice sausage flower and you’re done.
