For the sausages in white wine, prick the sausages in several places so that they do not burst open and fry them in a pan in olive oil. Remove the sausages from the pan and melt the butter in it.

Add flour and fry briefly. Deglaze with the white wine and crumble in the stock cube. Add the whipping cream and season with salt and pepper and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring, until the sauce thickens.

Return the sausages to the pan and heat again briefly. Before serving, sprinkle the sausages in white wine with the parsley.
