For the sausage salad, boil pasta in plenty of salted water. Boil eggs in another pot also, 8 minutes, then they are hard. Cut cucumber in half lengthwise, scrape out seeds and divide into bite-sized pieces.
Halve or quarter cherry tomatoes. Chop onion into small cubes. Cut pepperoni into small pieces. Cut Emmentaler and knackwurst also in about 1×2 cm cubes.
Rinse the cooked pasta with cold water. Mix all ingredients together. For the marinade, pour all ingredients, starting with the mayonnaise, into a blender jug and blend briefly.
Empty dressing over other ingredients and mix well. Allow to infuse for about 1/2 hour and then serve cold.
