A great cake recipe for any occasion:

All ingredients for the dough in the order listed in the baking bowl form and prepare with the mixer or food processor in about 5 min to a smooth dough.

Preheat the oven for 5 min, turn it off and let the covered dough rise for 20 min. Knead the dough briefly one more time following, fill into a well-greased ring mold and rise one more time, then bake.

Make the sugar bubble with water for 5 min, remove the saucepan from the heat, add the spirits.

Turn out the savarin, soak it with the sugar liquid (the refining sugar). After cooling, fill the savarin with whipped cream mixed with stewed plums. Garnish with whipped cream.
