Instructions:

– 11 Halve cabbage, cut out stalk, cut cabbage into narrow strips.

Finely dice onions and bacon and sweat in hot butter until translucent.

Add cabbage, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg (freshly grated) and sauté briefly. Pour in whipping cream and cook at low temperature until savoy cabbage strips are cooked.

Our tip: Use bacon with a fine, smoky note!
