For the scallops braised in basil leaves, salt the gutted scallops and wrap in basil leaves, tie with poached leek leaves. Bake in oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.

For the cilantro Thai asparagus, sauté the Thai asparagus, chop the cilantro. Season the asparagus with Thai fish sauce and the fresh cilantro. Arrange the Thai asparagus in bowls, place the scallops on top.
