Instructions:

(*) Earth apple cooking pot with spicy sausage, from the canton Allgäu apple slices soak in apple juice for one night.

In a saucepan melt butter, glaze sugar, chili and ginger in it until light brown. Add apple juice, saucisson, apple slices and bacon, bring to boil, simmer at medium heat for 30 minutes.

Season potato slices lightly with salt, add to stew form, cook for another 20 min at medium heat.

Remove sausage from pot, season stew with salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.

Cut sausage into slices, place on top of stew, bring to table.

Our tip: Use a bacon with a strong flavor – so you give this dish a special touch!
