A delicious mushroom dish for any occasion!

Bring the saucepan to a boil and cook the mushrooms in it for one minute, let them drain. Put the oil and the bay leaves in the pot and brown the peeled garlic cloves in it at low temperature, add the mushrooms, season with salt and pepper and cook for three to five minutes. Leave to cool and place in the icebox.

Note: Do not prepare different types of mushrooms at the same time, ditto because each mushroom has its own cooking time. For mushroom confitado, the best mushrooms to use are cephalopods, emperor mushrooms, egg mushrooms, chanterelles, flour mushrooms, earth mushrooms and viper mushrooms.
