For the seitan in curry sauce, fry the onion in sunflower oil until yellow, add the bell bell pepper cut into strips and fry briefly. Press the garlic and fry with the paprika, curry paste and curry powder for no more than 1 minute.

Add the seitan cut into strips (about 1 cm x 4 cm), pour in the soup, stir in the creme fraiche. Pepper and salt, rather little, since the seitan is already salty and the curry powder usually is too. Simmer for about 10 minutes, then add the yogurt and cook for another 2 minutes.

To the seitan in curry sauce fits ideally basmati rice – which you can give a peeled clove of garlic in the cooking water, then it tastes even better.
