For the seitan mushroom meatballs, cut the mushrooms into thin slices.
Cut the seitan into strips about 2 cm long and 0.5 cm wide. Fry both in a pan with olive oil until crispy. Chop the garlic and make a roux together with flour and olive oil. Pour in the vegetable soup and Soy Cuisine, add the seitan and mushrooms and simmer for 5 minutes.
Season the seitan mushroom stir-fry with salt and pepper and serve with rice.
