Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Whisk the milk and eggs, dice the apples.

Add the milk-egg mixture and the apples to the dry ingredients, stir well. Pour the dough into a greased and floured springform pan and bake at 180 °C for about 45-50 minutes (knitting needle test). Sprinkle with powdered sugar or add a chocolate glaze on top.
