Pour milk into a saucepan and heat. Gradually add semolina, vanilla sugar and salt. Allow the mixture to boil briefly while stirring continuously, remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly.

Then stir in the yolks. Sweeten semolina with four tablespoons of sugar and cool. In the meantime, rinse and clean strawberries.

Finely grind some strawberries with a blender, add a teaspoon of sugar and mix into the yogurt. Cut the remaining strawberries into slices. Form twelve dumplings from the cooled semolina using two spoons.

Arrange the semolina dumplings with the strawberry slices on four plates. Decorate with strawberry yogurt and serve on the spot.

Tip: Use creamy natural yogurt for an even finer result!
