Instructions:

For sesame balls, mix butter with honey, cinnamon and egg until thick and creamy. Finely grind hazelnuts and spelt. Roast sesame seeds in a dry frying pan without oil.

Mix all ingredients to a soft dough and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

Grease a baking tray or cover with baking paper. Form balls from the dough and place them on the tray.

Bake the sesame balls on the middle shelf of the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
