Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Melt the butter in a small saucepan and put it in a large bowl with the sesame paste, sugar, honey, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, cardamom, baking powder and salt. Mix everything with the whisk of the hand mixer or in the “food processor”. Add the flour and mix with the dough hook of the machine until a firm dough is formed.

Grease a shallow gratin dish, pour in the dough, spread evenly on the bottom of the dish and bake in the oven (2nd rack from the bottom) for about 20 minutes.

Take out, cut into squares or lozenges and cool. Then carefully remove the slices from the mold.

Stir the dried fruit or chopped dried fruit into the dough.
