Instructions:

Rinse the shark steaks briefly with cold water and pat dry with kitchen towel. Brush them with oil on both sides and grill them in a preheated electric grill or on a charcoal grill for about 5 to 7 minutes on each side.

For the sauce, stir the yogurt with the mayonnaise and mix with the juice of one lemon. Season with salt, pepper and sugar.

Rinse the kitchen herbs, chop them finely and fold them carefully into the mayo-yogurt sauce.

Arrange the shark steaks on a heated platter with the lemon slices and spread the green pepper evenly over the steaks. Serve the herb sauce separately.

Serve with French white bread and dry long-grain rice.
