Instructions:

For the feta cheese balls with wild garlic-grapefruit-radish Gröstl, first prepare the balls. To do this, finely grind the bread in a food processor.

Finely crush the feta cheese with your fingers, season well with lemon zest, chili, honey and a little salt and pepper.

Form small balls from the cheese and roll in the bread crumbs.

For the wild garlic-grapefruit-radish Gröstl, peel potatoes, cut into small cubes and cook in salted water until al dente.

Peel shallots and cut into small cubes, quarter radishes, cut wild garlic into rough pieces, peel blood orange and cut out fillets.

Heat some olive oil in a pan (about 5 tablespoons). Add shallots, honey and potatoes and sauté for 2 minutes.

Add radishes as well and sauté for another 4-5 minutes. At the end, add wild garlic and grapefruit fillets and toss briefly.

Arrange the feta cheese balls with wild garlic-grapefruit-radish Gröstl in a deep plate and serve.
