Cut everything into small pieces, then layer, starting with meat, in between cucumber, onion, tomatoes, peppers. Pour the sauce of whipped cream and shashlik sauce, do not add seasoning.

Bake in the oven without a lid at 175 °C for 60 minutes, then cover with a lid or foil and bake at 175 °C for 45 minutes.
