For the shish kebab, first dice the meat. Cut the peppers and onions into strips. Mix meat and vegetables with sauces and whipped cream in a roasting pan. Leave to marinate in a cold place for 1 day.

The next day, roast the shish kebab in the oven at 200 °C for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
