For the shortbread dough hearts, quickly make a shortbread dough from all ingredients. Form the dough into a ball and chill wrapped in plastic wrap for about 1 hour.

Then roll out the dough thinly on a lightly floured work surface and cut out hearts. Place the hearts on a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
