Prepare the shortcrust pastry for the shortcrust nut sticks. To do this, quickly knead all the ingredients together into a dough and leave to rest for approx. 2 hours in a refrigerated place.

Preheat the oven to 170 ºC hot air. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Press the dough through a meat grinder with a spray attachment and place the individual sticks on the baking sheet.

Bake for about 12 minutes and let cool.

Stick two cookies at a time together with jam. Dip the ends of the sticks in chocolate icing and let the shortbread nut sticks dry.
