For the sliced turkey with herbs, chop the onions and fry them lightly in the butter. Now pour in the soup and let it reduce. Puree with a hand blender.

Cut the meat into small pieces and season with salt and pepper. Sear in portions and add to the onions. Mix well and simmer for about 15 minutes.

Now add the herbs and pour in the whipped cream. Season the sliced turkey with herbs and serve.
