Instructions:

Clean vegetables, cut off. Cut bacon into cubes, fry lightly, then steam vegetables in it for 3 min until soft. Add chopped spices, fillet, lime peel and pepper and steam for 1 min. Add 1/2 liter of water, season with salt and cook for 20 min.

Our tip: Use bacon with a fine, smoky note!
