Peel, clean and cut the shrimp as described in the basic recipe. Fold the spring roll sheets diagonally and place one shrimp in the center of each. Fold the corners towards each other and wrap the shrimp in them. Moisten the edges of the dough with a little water and press down well. Heat oil in a frying pan and deep-fry shrimp until golden. Take them out and let them drain. Serve with the prepared sauce (see basic recipe).
