Instructions:

heat the olive oil in the frying pan. Remove the skin from the onions and garlic, chop finely and sauté in the oil until translucent. Pour hot water over the tomatoes, peel, remove the stalks and chop.

Add white wine, paradeis pulp, clear soup, pepper and sugar. Cook over medium heat in an open frying pan. Divide shrimp evenly among four ovenproof ramekins.

Spread garlic sauce evenly over the top and bake in a heated oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh basil leaves and serve hot. Serve with fresh white bread and chilled “Chardonnay blanc”.
