For the shrimp and figs wrapped in bacon, peel and press garlic and mix with olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard and honey. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Divide marinade into two portions.

Use one to marinate the shrimp tails and the other to marinate the halved figs for about 4 hours. In the meantime, place the portion with the shrimp in the refrigerator.

Wrap the pickled shrimp and figs with bacon and secure with toothpicks. Fry in a pan until hot, brushing or drizzling with the remaining marinade.
