1. defrost the crabs. Now rinse under cold water.

Drain thoroughly and place in a large bowl. 2.

Finely chop the coriander. Add garlic, cilantro and salt to crab in baking dish form and stir thoroughly. Set crab mixture aside until ready to use. Clean and seed the bell bell pepper and cut into narrow strips.

Melt the butter in a large frying pan. Add the peppers and stir-fry until hot, 3-4 minutes. Add the crab mixture to the skillet and cook everything together for another 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Arrange crab and peppers on a serving platter, garnish with cilantro and serve with long-grain rice on the spot.

Tip frozen crabs are best defrosted completely in the refrigerator and prepared the same day.
