Instructions:

Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites until stiff.

Beat yolks, yogurt, sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Slowly pour in oil, stir in flour and baking powder mixture and fold in snow.

Spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper and cover with washed and halved apricots.

Bake at 180 °C for approx. 25 minutes, let cool and sugar.
