Instructions:

For the crumble sheet cake, put all the ingredients for the yeast dough in the bowl of a food processor and knead with the dough hook until smooth.

Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 60 minutes. The dough should have doubled in size. Knead the dough again and then roll it out on a floured baking sheet.

Let the dough rest again, covered, for 15 minutes. In the meantime, preheat the oven and knead the ingredients for the streusel into crumbles with your hands.

Spread the crumble on the cake base and bake the cake in the oven at 210 °C for 30 minutes, then turn off the oven and let the cake bake for another 10 minutes in the reheat.

Let the finished crumble cake cool on a cake rack.
