For the piping pastry flowers, prepare a sponge dough in a food processor from the given ingredients. Place the dough in a pastry press with flower disc and press through the press onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Bake the piped pastry at 180 °C for about 10-15 minutes until yellowish. Let the baked flower cookies cool on a cooling rack and then store them in a sealable tin.
