Cut the potatoes into slices. Rinse and clean the chard, cut the stems finely and the leaves coarsely. Peppers rinse, clean, cut into small pieces. Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Roast potatoes in it at high temperature for 2-3 min, season with salt, season with pepper.

Add onions, chard stems, bell bell pepper and chili, roast another 3-4 min, season with salt, season with pepper. Add chard leaves at the end and fry for 1 min. Sprinkle salmon with juice of one lemon, season with salt, roll in onion seeds on one side. Heat oil in a frying pan, roast salmon over medium heat for 2 min on each side, remove from heat, briefly. Serve with soy sauce and vegetables.
