Cut the meat into small strips and marinate with 2-3 cloves of garlic, salt, freshly ground pepper and 8 tablespoons of sesame oil for about 4 hours. Season the prunes a little bit with salt, add the chopped chilies and about 100 ml of liquid (e.g. clear soup or red wine) and marinate for a few hours. Preparation: Remove the meat from the marinade and place it on household paper.

Keep the marinade. Fry the meat briefly in a little vegetable oil over high heat and remove from the frying pan. In the frying pan now fry the bell bell pepper cut into strips, after in about 5 min. carefully add the finely chopped leek for another 5 min. In the meantime, rinse the long-grain rice under cold running water until the water is clear and boil the necessary salted water. Then add the quartered plum pieces, ginger and sprouts to the pan-fried vegetables, as well as the remaining marinade. Season with salt, pepper and soy sauce. Gently toss the long-grain rice, stirring intermittently, for about 10 minutes until lightly bubbling. Bring to the table sprinkled with soy seeds.
