Instructions:

Cut the beef fillet into tender strips, cut the onions into rings, then fry the meat in portions in the fat (without the lid!) and keep warm, then fry the onions in the same fat.

Add the meat again, add the other ingredients and stir. Cover and saute over low heat for 5 minutes.

Arrange the sliced beef and serve.
