Instructions:

Wash carrots, cut into sticks. Boil the carrots until firm to the bite.

Prepare the farce: Dice meat and place in freezer.

Process the chilled or slightly frozen meat with the remaining ingredients in the cutter until smooth and season. Process further as needed.

For the slices of poached turkey roulade, melt the butter and brush the aluminum foil with it, add water.pound cutlets, season.

For the filling, cover the beaten cutlets with spinach leaves and ham.

Spread ham with farce and place carrot sticks on the bottom edge, roll up and wrap in buttered foil and poach.For the basil sauce, finely chop the onions, sauté until translucent. Mix the cream and flour, thicken the sauce, add the basil, mix and season to taste. Cut the roulades into slices and place them on the plate like a roof tile.
