For the small truffle pigs cook potatoes in pressure cooker, peel and press hot. Mix melted butter, flour, parmesan and truffle oil, then leave the mixture for 10 minutes. Using a damp tablespoon, cut out gnocchi and fry them in the melted butter on both sides. Then garnish with brown butter and Parmesan cheese.
