For the snow dumplings, grease a mini muffin tin well with butter. Sprinkle the molds with a little sugar. Beat egg whites with remaining sugar until very stiff.

Pour beaten egg whites into the 12 muffin tins. Preheat oven to 200 degrees, put the deep tray filled with hot water in the middle. Then place the muffin tray on top and bake for about 12 minutes.

Spread the strawberry sauce on three plates. Take the snow dumplings out of the muffins (with a spoon) and put them on the sauce, serve with fresh strawberries.
