Instructions:

For snowflake muffins, first preheat the oven to 200 °C. Grease small, star-shaped baking pans (alternatively a muffin tray).

For the muffin batter, cream butter with honey. Stir in eggs one at a time. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, rolled oats, nuts and spices and stir into butter-honey mixture – if dough is too tough, add a few additional tablespoons of milk. Fold in the raisins.

Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins and bake for 30-35 minutes. Allow the baked cakes to cool in the molds for about 10 minutes, then carefully turn them out and let them cool completely on a baking rack.

Soften the chocolate coating according to the package instructions. Coat the cooled cupcakes with it and decorate with sugar sprinkles.

Let the snowflake muffins dry.
