Instructions:

For the sole, knead the ingredients into a homogeneous dough and let rest for about 1 hour. Roll out to the thickness of the back of a knife, cut out boats and bake at 180 degrees top/bottom heat until pale brown and let cool.

Beat the 2 eggs and the sugar over steam until foamy. Melt the chocolate in the microwave and stir in well, let the mixture cool to room temperature while stirring frequently and stir in the room-warm butter.

Stick 2 boats together with the cream. Glaze with chocolate icing.
