A great cake recipe for any occasion:

Make pudding and stir to cool, but not too cool. Mix and melt gelatin according to directions and stir into pudding while still warm. Next, fold in the sour cream or crème fraiche. Place a cake base in a cake springform pan and pour the amount on top and place in the refrigerator, when the amount is firm top the cake with tangerines and pour cake glaze on top.
