Instructions:

Soak kidneys in cold water for approx. 30 min. Remove, pat dry, cut into slices about 5 mm thick. Finely dice onions. Heat 4 tablespoons oil in a pan, fry onions until light brown, dust with a little flour. Pour in soup. Cook for about 4 minutes. In a separate frying pan, heat the remaining oil, fry the kidneys until tender brown. Add kidneys to onions, stir until hot but not boiling, add salt and pepper. Season to taste with vinegar. Mix well whisked sour cream and serve with rice.
