Instructions:

Cut the meat loaf into 5-7 mm thick slices and divide them on plates.

Peel the onion and cut into rings, spread them on the meatloaf.

Make a marinade of apple cider vinegar, pumpkin seed oil and a little salt and marinate the meatloaf with it.

Garnish with some lettuce and cocktail tomatoes.
